SUPPORT POLICY
People Marketing offers free technical support for all services via our Support Forum Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm EST (Except major holidays). If you can not find an answer in our documentation, please submit your questions below on the form provided and we will endevour to reply within 24 hours.
People Marketing will take no responsibility for services provided by third parties through us or otherwise, including the Hosting of the Client's Website, however People Marketing will endeavour to ensure that website downtime is kept to a minimum.
These Policies may change from time to time. Our Client will be informed of revisions as and when they are issued.
